What I do with your details.
The short version: I only collect what I need to talk to you and do the work, and I never sell it.
What I collect
When you book a call: your name, your email, your phone number, and what you tell me about your business. The booking runs on Calendly.
When you email or message me: whatever you send.
When we talk: my notes from the call. With your okay, an AI note-taker takes them for me. If you'd rather it didn't, I write them by hand.
This website has no cookies and no tracking of its own. The company that hosts it keeps ordinary visitor logs, like every website host does.
What I use it for
To run your call, do the work we agreed on, and follow up with you. I don't sell it, and I don't pass it on for anyone else's marketing.
Your customers' details
They stay in your accounts. Everything is set up on your own screen, I never hold your passwords, and I don't keep a copy of your customer list.
Who else handles it
Calendly handles my bookings and Google handles my email. They store what you send through them, and some of it may be stored outside Canada.
How long I keep it
For as long as we're working together, plus what I have to keep for tax and business records. Ask me to delete the rest any time.
Your choices
Ask me what I have about you, ask me to fix it, or ask me to delete it. If I email you and you'd rather I didn't, tell me and I stop.
